The Nature Farm (Fincas Naturales) Butterfly and Aquatic Tropical Gardens and Wildlife Refuge... Costa Rica's most unique Butterfly Garden and Night Jungle Tours!

The project is part of a 25-year commitment by Hotel Si Como No to protect this unique 30-acre tropical forest connected by natural tree corridors to the nearby Manuel Antonio National Park. Working closely with AGUILA, a local nature guide association, the refuge is developing an orchid collection, and other nature exhibits, and now features Costa Rica 's most unique Butterfly and Aquatic Tropical Gardens. Fincas Naturales (The Nature Farm) includes a series of comfortable guided tours on nature trails totalling 1500 meters, conveniently located in front of Hotel Si Como No. Open Mon. thru Sat. 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

You will have the opportunity to spot many local frog and bird species, troops of Howler, White-Face and Titi monkeys, as well as countless species of tropical flora, including 200-year-old hardwood trees that are now protected. The tours are in English or Spanish. We recommend hiking shoes & binoculars.
