Notice regarding physically impaired guests
Green Hotels of Costa Rica has rooms for the physically impaired on the main lobby parking level, and a ramp access to the public areas, the nature of the hillside terraces somewhat restricts access to both restaurants, an the majority of hotel rooms.

Please specify any restrictions or limitations regarding health that may require special attention or location preference on the hotel property, or for ground transportation.

Green Hotels of Costa Rica will not be held responsible for any inconvenience due to physical restrictions not made clear to management in writing at the time the reservation is requested.

Notice Regarding Prostitution
Any person providing sexual favors for compensation are prohibited on Hotels property. Furthermore, any hotel guest who brings such persons onto Hotels property shall be evicted without compensation at management discretion.
