"Customize Your Package" is a reservation form designed by Green Hotels of Costa Rica to help our clients make all their reservations conveniently in one stop shopping, including rooms, transportation, tour activities and spa treatments.
In order to customize your vacation package we would ask you to choose any of listed option and also take advantage of the best of both worlds hotel packages!

Group Policy
Group Limits: The hotel will be happy to analyze requests on a case-by-case basis for groups exceeding 12 rooms during our green season from May 1 to November 14.

The client is responsible for supplying the hotel with the name, passport number and full address of the guests who will be occupying the rooms, at least seven days (7) before the arrival of the group. Please specify sleeping arrangements and special requirements in writing.

To guarantee reservations, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be received ninety (90) days prior to group's arrival. If the reservation is made less than ninety days prior to the groups arrival, this deposit must be received within ten (10) working days of making the reservation, with the balance due and payable at list twenty two (22) days before the arrival date.

Should the reservation be canceled less than ninety days (90) prior to the arrival date, the hotel will retain the deposit. Should the reservation be canceled less than twenty-two days (22) before group's arrival, 100% of total room reservation will be charged or retained.

We require a reconfirmation of the specific number of participants 72 hours prior to the event, otherwise we will use the preliminary number of participants confirmed and charge accordingly. For guides and drivers we offer a 35% discount off the restaurant menu or selected menu for the event, not including alcoholic beverages, lobster or prawns.
Complementary service for one (1) person is provided for each 20 people confirmed.
