"Customize Your Package" is a reservation form designed by Green Hotels of Costa Rica to help our clients make all their reservations conveniently in one stop shopping, including rooms, transportation, tour activities and spa treatments.
In order to customize your vacation package we would ask you to choose any of listed option and also take advantage of the best of both worlds hotel packages!

Reservation Policy
All requests, modifications and cancellations must be made in writing and they will be confirmed the same way.

Payment in full shall be received on or before twenty-two (22) days of occupancy. If reservation is made less than twenty-two (22) days of occupancy, full payment must be received within three (3) working days of room confirmation. Hotel Si Como No must receive either a copy of agency voucher, a signed credit card authorization, or communication as to the status of payment prior to the due date indicated above or hotel will assume the reservation is no longer required and it will be canceled.

If you wish to confirm your reservation with a credit card please fax or e-mail with pertinent information. You can also use our reservation confirmation and credit card form.

Confirmation Form
Errors by agency or guest on room requested will be the sole responsibility of the agent or client (i.e. #pax, #beds, #rooms, room type, etc.) . Please be sure to carefully review your confirmation form. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate contacting reservations at:

Special Events Reservations
We require a reconfirmation of the specific number of people seventy two (72) hours before the event to assure you the optimum service and value. For guides and drivers we offer a 35% discount off the restaurant menu on selected menus for each event, not including alcoholic beverages, lobster or prawns. The hotels will provide one (1) person with complementary service for each 20 people confirmed.
