Green Hotels C.S.T. guarantee of commitment! Although we cannot claim to be perfect, Si Como No Resort and Villablanca Cloud Forest Hotel management and staff are making a sincere effort to adhere to their programs to sustain "The Magic of Nature" in on our own backyard. Your comment and suggestions are much appreciated. Please fill out our C.S.T. Survey available at the front desk. If you can provide legitimate observations regarding our efforts to meet our C.S.T. Mission Statement, our guarantee is to respond quickly to remedy or improve these observations and report back to you.
C.S.T Employee Incentives Programs
As part of Green Hotels encouragement of maintaining and improving our environmental policies, we invite our guests to share their feedback about employees whose efforts stand out in regards to good conservation efforts. Along with guest comments, we include a department evaluation to choose one male and female employee, every quarter, who exemplify these characteristics. Each candidate will receive a certificate of merit and a complementary weekend stay at either of our "sister" Green Hotels properties.
