Green Hotels of Costa Rica Members & Tour Operators do not refund for unused services due the last minute guest cancellations or no-shows. On cancellations more than 12 hours prior departure a 25% fee will be deducted for administration expenses. Otherwise you will be charged the full tour price.
Green Hotels of Costa Rica Members are not responsible for any deficiency, delay, personal accidents, or any other sort of irregularity that may occur on any tours presented by local tour operators. However we only select operators who meetlocal requirements, are properly licensed, insured and have an established reputation.
